Our Story

Their Stories was founded in response to the political apathy we saw in our peers. Often feeling angry and frustrated with how politicians seemed to ignore pressing issues in favor of corporate checks, we turned to her fellow students, hoping that together, we could make a difference in a flawed world. Sadly, however, many students expressed that even though they wanted to do something, they felt that they had little to no power to actually make a substantial impact.

However, we're simply not willing to accept the worrying state of American government and policy as permanent. So, Their Stories was founded, aiming to connect students and young people to politics, activism, and tangible change. At Their Stories, youth aim for large, systemic change through ambitious solutions that address consequential, complex issues.
